Monthly Picks
A collection of ten of my favorite in-store pieces this season, to be updated monthly. Each item can be bought online. Click on the brand or store name of each item to be linked to its respective site. All images come from the linked websites.
ANTIQUE LOAFERS
{ miss lucy heel }
It's safe to say that I have an unhealthy yet rapidly growing obsession with loafers. I have been browsing and bookmarking all different styles and colors of the shoe, and now my laptop's favorites folder can boast of the abundance of photos of classy-looking footwear it houses. My absolute favorite at the moment? Miss Lucy Heel's Antique loafers in Wine.

Nothing can welcome the Christmas season quite as comfortably and stylishly as a cozy knit sweater can. While grey isn't exactly the most festive of colors, the easy-to-style hue of this jumper only makes the piece more wearable than it already is.
ASOS TALL SLEEVELESS CROP SHIRT

Fall is all about layering, and this sleek button-down is the perfect item for doing just that. Cropped and perfectly structured, wearing this under knits (like the one above!) and collarless dresses makes for an instantly more put-together look.

LACE PEPLUM CAMI TOP
{ topshop }
Topshop delivers the most coveted of all the tops I've seen this month. Ah, not even the merriest of seasons can keep me away from the darkest of clothing.
CHLOE BIKINI
{ her the label }
When you live in a country like the Philippines, the perfect time to hit the beach is pretty much anytime. Her The Label, which offers refreshingly minimalist swimwear designs, is perhaps the best go-to brand for swimwear that would be fashionable all year long.
KIM ZIP FRONT SHOES
{ topshop }
I swear this is the last black item on this month's list. Well, the last black non-clothing item, anyway. These shoes are the perfect balance between dressy and casual, with the pair's gold zip detail and Doc Marts-esque soles. Zippers not your thing? Maybe these lace-ups are a better fit.

FALL NAIL POLISH IN FOR THE
TWILL OF IT
{ essie }
One of my favorite ways to counter all the black in my wardrobe is painting my nails an eye-catching color. I discovered this color through Jenn Im's recent nail polish video, and now I only have one word in mind: Want, want, want.

SHANGHAI IN BLUSH

I, for one, am ecstatic about former Girls' Generation member Jessica taking the steps to expand and establish her brand in the fashion industry. The sunglasses were a good start for Blanc & Eclare; I can't wait to see what's in store for the brand's fragrances and RTW lines.
CAGED IN CHALKBOARD
{ typo }
Anything and everything from Typo is on my to-buy list, but this chalkboard reigns supreme. Grid patterns, a black and white color scheme, and somewhere to write all the little things I forget about – what more could I ask for?

Denise Lai, aka the cool girl behind SUPERWOWOMG is also the force that created this magazine. Everything about it seems up my alley, and I am therefore convinced that I need to secure a copy for myself.
